AT&T Billing Issues

Are you an AT&T customer or do you know one? AT&T people have confirmed recently that AT&T billing systems had some serious software problems, creating billing issues that aren’t fixed automatically. We’re seeing lots of clients who have serious and surprising billing issues, for example:

  • Double billing for charges for services.
  • Sub acounts that spontaneously appear and disappear.
  • Disappearing discounts.
  • Incorrect pre-discount pricing.

Unfortunately AT&T is often unaware of the specific problems on the bills they’re sending to individual customers like you. This means AT&T isn’t able to tell you everything they need to fix on your bill. While AT&T VPs assure us that they are trying to turn their customer service around, it isn’t going to happen overnight. Fortunately we’ve been able to identify these problems and get them fixed, saving individual companies many hundreds of thousands of dollars just on AT&T.

Helping people with difficult and time consuming problems is one of the things we love about our work.

If you or someone you know gets their voice or data telecom services from AT&T we would be happy to check it out for free.

We also help firms who aren’t using AT&T, and we’d be happy to discuss how we help firms like yours achieve significant savings. Typically clients can save 40 to 60% if they’re spending over $100,000 annually on telecom.
